Thin-crust Pizza with Mushrooms and Onions
We've sped up the prep of this easy snack or lunch by using store-bought pizza crust; this recipe is totally kid-friendly, too! Feel free to experiment with your own combination of vegetables, if you like.

Thin-crust Pizza with Mushrooms and Onions
Ingredients
1 store-bought thin pizza crust
1/4 cup pizza or marinara sauce
6 ounces shredded mozzarella
4 ounces mushrooms, stemmed, tops brushed clean and sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 F.

Place crust on a baking sheet. Top with sauce, cheese, mushrooms and onions. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until crust begins to brown and cheese is bubbling. Remove from oven, season with pepper, slice and serve immediately.
