Loaded Veggie Pizza
Crunchy, sweet and savory, this delicious pizza is a snap to put together and a great way to get a hefty serving of vegetables into your kids. You can add any vegetables you like to this recipe in addition to what we've used; try cauliflower florets or some matchsitck cut carrots.

Loaded Veggie Pizza
Ingredients
1 store-bought, precooked pizza crust
1/2 cup store-bought marinara or pizza sauce (you can also use pesto sauce for this recipe)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 red or sweet onion, sliced into thin slivers
10-15 cherry or grape tomatoes, washed, dried and sliced in half
1 cup broccoli florets, chopped into bite-sized pieces
1 red or yellow bell pepper, cored, seeded and thinly sliced
1 small zucchini, washed and thinly sliced
Handful of fresh basil leaves
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 F. Brush pizza with olive oil. Place pizza on a work surface and spread sauce over the surface. Add cheeses first and then vegetables, distributing all ingredients evenly. Place pizza directly on oven rack and bake for 10-15 minutes, until crust is crispy and cheese is melted and bubbling. Remove from oven, slice and serve!
