Easy Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Pulled Pork is a popular dish for all seasons; this recipe is economical, feeds a crowd and is absolutely delicious. You can make approximately 8 full-sized sandwiches with this recipe or use slide buns for about 14-16 sliders.

Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds boneless pork shoulder, trimmed of fat
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 cup store-bought BBQ sauce
1 red onion, thinly sliced
8 hamburger buns or 16 slider rolls, toasted
Store-bought coleslaw (optional)

Directions
Place pork and onions in your slow cooker and season with vinegar. Cook on low for 6 hours. Remove pork from slow cooker, and shred with a fork. Add back to slow cooker, toss with BBQ sauce and cook for one more hour.

To assemble sandwiches, add a scoop of pork the bottom sides of your rolls, top with coleslaw (if using) and place top side of roll on sandwiches. Serve immediately.
