Easy Sesame Beef Stir-fry

Ditch the takeout and make this restaurant classic at home. It comes together in less than 15 minutes, making it a perfect weeknight meal option. We've kept the ingredient list simple for this recipe but feel free to add your own favorite sliced veggies. This recipe makes 4 servings.

Ingredients
For the sauce:
2 tablespoons soy or tamari sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger root
2 teaspoons sesame oil

Remaining ingredients:
1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced across the grain
4 ounces vermicelli rice noodles
1 red or white onion, thinly sliced
2 cups snow peas, washed, dried and thinly sliced lengthwise
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sesame seed, for garnish (optional)

Directions
Combine all sauce ingredients in a nonreactive bowl; whisk to combine and set aside.

Soften noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

Heat a large skillet or wok to medium-high. Add oil and heat until shimmering. Add steak and onion; cook for 4-5 minutes. Add peas and cook for two more minutes. Add noddles and sauce, stir to combine all ingredients and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the sauce is heated through. Serve immediately.
