Easy Sweet and Sour Pork
Ditch the takeout and make your own version of this restaurant favorite, minus the unnecessary salt and fat. Serve over white rice.

Easy Sweet and Sour Pork
Ingredients
1 pound pork loin, cut into 1" cubes
1/2 cup store-bought sweet and sour sauce
1 large onion, cut into 1" pieces
1 bell pepper, cut into 1" pieces
2 tablespoons neutral-flavored oil
Directions
Heat oil to medium-high in a heavy skillet. Add pork and fry on all sides until pork is cooked through, about five minutes total. Remove pork from pan with a slotted spoon and set aside. Add onions and peppers and sauté until vegetables begin to soften and crisp on the edges, about five minutes. Add pork back to pan and add sauce. Stir to combine and warm through. Serve immediately.
